Workshop for project partners (TorchGeo)

Ljubljana, May and June 2026

A workshop for GeoAI project partners took place in Ljubljana on May 28 and June 18, with the aim of becoming familiar with TorchGeo tools and the TorchGeo community. The workshop, hosted by the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering (UL FGG), was led in terms of content by Blaž Rolih from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Computer and Information Science (UL FRI).

The first part of the workshop in May was dedicated to getting to know the TorchGeo environment and tools, where participants received instructions for independent work. The programme on the second day was dedicated to the presentation and discussion of the results of the independent work, and the introductory part also presented somewhat more advanced data processing in the TorchGeo environment.
